SubRegatta 2013 is now just a couple of months away. The following is the latest event information.
When: Friday August 2nd to Sunday August 4th, 2013
Where: The Reflecting Pond at 802 3rd Ave. SW, Carmel, Indiana
Hotel: Hilton Garden Inn of Carmel will be the official hotel of the SubRegatta. As per years past, the special rate of $99 per night will be available for a limited block of rooms. Book by July 8th to reserve your room at the discounted rate.

Note: If for any reason you are unable to stay at the Hilton, there are a number of other hotels available in the near vicinity at reasonable rates.
All attendees who wish to run a boat, have a table, or enter competitions must pre-register. This ensures we have the proper number of tables and chairs, SubRegatta T-shirts and name badges. Registration will be processed through PayPal on SubCommittee.com. You will be able to enter your name as you wish it to appear on your badge, your SubRon affiliation and your T-shirt order. . Make sure you make your check out to “The SubCommittee” for your registration fee of $10 plus the amount for each T-shirt you may wish to order. T-shirts are priced at $15.00 for M, L, and XL. T-shirts sized at 2XL and 3XL are priced at $20.00. Be sure to include your name for your badge, any SubRon affiliation you may have, and the number and sizes of any T-shirts you order. Friday: Set up tables and chairs after the tent is put up. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Open running at the pond available all day long.
We will once again hold our Friday night Meet n’ Greet at the Chipotle Mexican Grill, 4625 E. 96th St. Indianapolis, IN 46240 (see accompanying map). As usual, mention the SubCommittee, and you will get a free burrito. There will be a charge for any drinks or snacks you may wish to purchase. Following this, we will return to the pond for open night running.
Saturday: Check-in, Contests and Competitions, Open Running, Raffle One, Tent Session, Dinner Break, Night Competition, Parade of Lights.
Sunday: Open running, Competition, Awards, Raffle Two, Break Down Tables (help appreciated).
We encourage everyone to consider donating items to our raffle. It might be a kit, a radio or anything hobby related. The raffle plays a big part in funding the SubRegatta, and every little bit helps. Donations may be sent to:
