Have any sub 'stuff' to sell or trade?

WANTED: Deep Sea Designs wateright transmitter box

Postby cdivine » Sat Apr 07, 2012 7:44 pm

I am looking to make or buy if someone has one, a watertight transmitter box or plans. I am told by Matt Thor that only Greg Sharpe has them. I cannot find them anywhere. Please help. Thanks.

Chad,

If you'd consider buying a back issue of the SCR, the September 2003 issue of the SCR (#54) has the article by Greg Sharpe that describes his underwater transmitter case.

Greg sold plans for the box only. Very simple to build.

I checked my copy of that issue of the SCR, Greg's article included a copy of the blueprint for the box.

Wow, I'm only now seeing these replies. HUGE THANKS! I will most certainly purchase that issue. I'll post some pics if I ever am able to build it. How come we all dont have these things. Hello we are RC sub people. I guarantee if a plane guy could he'd fly in his rc planes.
