Very nice work. Its already been said, but clean, strong looking, excellent example of what to do when you make a sub.

I value performance over scale fidelity (assuming I have to choose b/w the two), as you already know. I only plan on running my "Seafox" in pools. No gross lakes for this thing.
I read in one of the Merriman reports that the turning radius of the sub is quite large, and I assumed that it is the shrouded prop, if not the rudder geometry. I'd value performance over scale, too.

What size/brand prop did you end up using on your "Seafox"?
