YMCA Address

Postby subdude » Tue Feb 03, 2009 4:16 pm

Location is the YMCA, 100 Constitution Ave, Shrewsbury, PA 17361. When you come down the drive to the Y parking lot, the first building you pass on the right is the pool. The first door you see is the access we'll be using. For anyone so inclined, the GPS coordinates of the doorway are 39.45.161N, 076.40.806W

Hi everyone....this is my 1st post here.

Is this event open to new members and/or spectators? If so, I might be willing to make the 2hr drive. I'm fairly new to r/c subs and would like to see them up close and in action before I make a substantial investment.
The only sub I currently own is a Graupner U16 which I'm willing to bring along as long as no one laughs too hard.

Thanx, petn7

I'm going to do my best to attend. It'll probably be an abbreviated visit since I have some commitments in the afternoon. But I greatly look forward to meeting everyone and scoping out the watercraft.

Doggone it.

New guys to meet and greet, and even the chance of a "visitation", and I'll be on an airplane :?

Hope you guys have a great time, see you next month!

Hi Bob,

It was great talking with you, glad to hear you had a good time!

I hope you do decide to build your R/C Hunley......we like to see lots of variety.

:( Sorry I couldn't make the trip today.

I leave for vacation this week and had tons of things to get done. If you're doing it again in March I'll be sure to put it on my calender.

Anyone have any pics from today?
