Greeting SubCommittee SubRon/SubComm contacts~
I know it seems that we just did this , but it is already time for another report from your chapter for the SubCommittee Report Fox Schedule for June 2007 - issue 69. The deadline is 5 PM March 31. When you send your stuff to me - and you don't get a "Thanks I got it" back from me when you send it- ping me again. I don't want to miss anybody because of an overzelous spam filter or the computer gremlins ate it. A big thanks to Garry for already getting his in.
All I need is an unformatted (no graphics, bullets, tabs, imbedded graphics) MS Word document. A photo or two is always welcome along with the words!
WHAT TO TALK ABOUT?
Since this is the issue just prior to the SubRegatta (Aug 18-19) you might want to mention your plans to attend the event - who is coming and what boats they will be bringing. Also - even if you already said it in the March issue - be sure to mention any meetings or upcoming Fun Run events you have set for this summer.
For you guys who have been inactive - I hope you will try to schedule at least one event this summer and get your folks fired up again. If you need a list of SC members in your area of operations so you can do a shotgun email inviting them to a get together, let me know and I will ask membership chair Don Osler to generate a list for you! On the other hand, if you have gotten too busy to be contact person for your SubRon/SubComm anymore, perhaps you could try to find someone else who can take over the reins for you.
Thanks again for your assistance in this. SubCommittee chapters are the lifeblood of the organization. Your activites and recruiting directly effect the success of the organization.
Any questions? Drop me a note - email@example.com otherwise
I'll be looking for your reports on March 31 at 5PM or before!
President - The SubCommittee
