CTRL-scroll ~ Photos and Text different size while viewing

Postby TMSmalley » Tue Nov 28, 2006 7:46 am

Being on the dragging side of 50 rather than pushing, I sometimes find the small size of the text on the forum a little hard to read. Also - sometimes when linked from another site - the photos are too large and require scrolling back and forth to see the whole thing.

I have found that with the new Internet Explorer 7 (the newest version of IE) you can make the text (AND photos) bigger by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and at the same time rolling the scrolling wheel on my mouse. Roll the wheel forward (away from you) to enlarge, roll it backwards to reduce!

I tried this before I upgraded to IE7 a few days ago and it didn't work for me so maybe it is parculiar to the newest Explorer.

(I don't know if it works with Firefox or Mac.)
