July Meeting - Maybe Decent Weather?!?

New England US Local Chapter

Postby wlambing » Tue Jul 05, 2005 8:13 pm

The July gathering will be at the Johnston War Memorial Park, Johnston, RI, on Saturday, 16 JULY at 1030 AM. Hopefully, we will have weather conducive to running something in the pond, instead of huddling for warmth in the gazebo and watching DVD's!!

Take care,
Bill

Bill
What about lunch you didn't say anything about lunch. We must look into this.

Tony,

Relax, buckaroo!!!
I keep a piece of hard-tack and a slice of bologna in the bike 'bags. If'n we don't get ya some lunch somewhere, at a reasonable hour, you're welcome to that. I can always get some roadkill along 95 or 6 on the way home.

Take care, li'l camper, see you on the beach!

Bill, I won't make this months meeting. A chief and good friend is retiring from the navy and that day we are having a party for him. I will be presenting him with a model of the SSN 22 the shop asked me to build for him. I'll post pictures of the model in the static forum first chance I get.
As for the weekend of the Regatta I can't make Indy but I would love to go to Johnston, even just to hang out with like minded bubble heads.

Mike,
That's going to be my "catch-up" weekend for all the domestic home stuff I'm blowing off this month. I don't have anything ready to run this year, so I hope somebody has the opportunity to join you!
Take care,
Bill

For those who showed up this pass sunday.
Sorry that i did a no show. Due to a delayed
schedule that day. I wasn't able to get over to Johnston War Memorial Park. I was hoping to run my Dumas before heading home. Sorry..
