Hey Guys , I saw a 1/72nd scale gun kit for the upcomming Revell kit . The outfit is called Iron Bottom Sound Hobby Kit's .

So I checked out the guy's site and their are some very interesting Conversion set's along with a nice Gallery .

These should be quite popular when the Gato kit comes out!

Many thanks, Brian, for posting this.

I have additional information on Mario's gun for the 1/72 boat. I'm waiting for his OK to release it. Meanwhile, he has a 1/144 version for the Trumpeter kit. It's extremely good, as he was kind enough to send me a sample to examine firsthand. Much more detailed than the 3 inch popgun that comes with the Trumpeter early Gato kit.

Your dead-on, Tom Mario does beautiful work. His Guppy sails, for the Lionfish, are fantastic. And the 4" 50 is exquisite.
But I'm waiting for his 1:72, 5" 25s. Even if Revell surprises us all, and produces a perfect 5" gun, I'll need a second one for my model. And, I know, Mario's will be perfect.
