Received a BAD replacement Nautilus Replica ?? - If you have - PLEASE READ THIS

Hi everyone,

Larry Brooks here. I'm the moderator of the group, Disney's 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA http://movies.groups.yahoo.com/group/DISNEYS_20-000_Leagues/
I want to tell you that Disney's has really dropped the ball on this one. The replacement Nautilus replicas - which were supposed to be Defect-Free // 0.0-defects in manufacture ....

- well, it seems a good portion of poor quality replicas has slipped past Disney Quality Control. By now, all of us are wondering if the executives at the DisneyStore remember what they said to us (via their DisneyStore operators & 'Customer Service return specialists':

The promises that they made that this new bunch of replacement Nautilus replicas would be as defect-free (or as good as they could make them)

Folks - I'm asking myself: What in #@%!! is Disney's concept of 'Quality Control'? Because as Jack Nicholson said in one of his movies, "I WANT TO KNOW!" This is beginning to really depress me, because I personally had had faith in Disney's. It's gone now.

AND ANOTHER THING: the replacement Nautilus STANDS. Some of the boxes containing the replace Nautilus don't come with the STANDS. Like... they FORGOT to put the Nautilus Stands into the box??? I mean, the Stand is kinda' big, sorta' important to the model/replica. How could they miss this? Something, SOMETHING is seriously wrong at the Disneystore. Higher-ups at Disney's have got to know this. And so here is what I am asking you all to do:

KEEP WRITING YOUR EMAILS ABOUT THE DEFECTS IN THE NEW NAUTILUS REPLACEMENT REPLICAS. KEEP SENDING EMAIL MESSAGES TO YOUR FELLOW MEMBERS. KEEP WRITING & LET US KNOW HOW MANY OF YOU DIDN'T GET A STAND WITH YOUR REPLACEMENT NAUTILUS.

LET'S KEEP THE DIALOG GOING IN ALL 3 NAUTILUS GROUPS: DISNEY NAUTILUS / NAUTILUS FANS / DISNEY'S 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA

Executives at Disney's are now reading the Messages Area of our Nautilus groups. When you write to voice your complaints to all the other group members - your message will also be seen the people at Disney's. WE ARE BEING HEARD. Let's make known our dissatisfaction with the poor quality (of some of these replicas) - SPEAK OUT. CONTINUE TO WRITE. TAKE PICTURES OF NEW NAUTILUS DEFECTS & POST THEM ONTO THE NET OR AT THE NAUTILUS GROUPS' "PHOTO SECTION".

I got my replacement minus the stand, the sub is beautiful and looks great and no defects unlike my first two.

My father has a replacement coming, and i hope it looks good too.
