That said, I do have record of your payment last Tuesday, and have asked that your account be activated asap.
Please understand that the process is staffed entirely by volunteers, who also have day jobs. I typically report all new paypal activity on Monday (catches all the weekend activity), so your Tuesday payment just missed my last report to the account admins. I've been offline since last Thursday, and will be catching up tonight.
If you need to place blame, I'm your man. However, I hope you'll understand the process and it's human limitations. We're working to get it more streamlined, but it's still under development. Thanks for joining in!
