be glade it was only a thread Tim..I hijacked a sailors bran-new 40,000 dollar chevy pick-up for a week when i was visiting friends in virginia beach last april....To bad he was on deployment on the USS Enterprise! but hey... we will take care of it real good :wink:

Kevin,

You really don't need to know what we do as chiefs, cause you wouldn't understand. But I will say it it isn't dressing up as furries. Anyway the weird stuff usually comes out of the engine room, nukes and their eccentricities..........
When surfaced, the bridge access hatch can be optionally open or shut, however, when submerged it is required to be shut. (Really a no s***t precaution from a procedure in use in the sub fleet today.)
