Hi Guys -
I don't think anyone with a surface craft has ever been asked to remove his surface boat from the pond at a SubRegatta, but people aren't encouraged to bring them. Any surface boat running would have to relinquish the frequency clip to a sub immediately and would also need to stay in the upper, smaller pond, away from the subs.

There are lots of opportunites for surface models to operate with their bretheren all over the country; however, this is one of the few times subs can run as a group - especially without the worry of being run down by a surface boat. I hope this makes sense to everybody.

See you in a couple of days!

Tim

My 9yr old did a Lindgerg Blue Devil Destroyer to bring. He's really looking forward to putting it in the water. I hope he's able to do that while we are there. We have a lot of work involved in getting it ready to bring. He's just not advanced enough yet to d a submarine (me either, hard enough getting my 1st one ready to go!)
