T.Fairy - You are very limited on where to buy that kit - it depends on where you live on this planet as to which vendor is "cheapest." There is only one place in the U.S. that sells it.
NOTE: There is a lot of good info on Dean Naib's website (www.marinerc.com) for this kit. Check his forum too - there are a bunch of "Phoon-files" that hang out there and talk about building it. They can probably give you the up to date prices for what part of the globe you live too.
BTW - If you are looking for cheap, you are in the wrong hobby.
T. Fairy, you are now entering into the "Expensive Zone". If you dare, you'll find the Engel Typhoon kit to be high class - first class all the way. I'm glad I bought mine if for no other reason, than when people see it they say WOW! LOOK AT THAT! I had a great time constructing this model. It'll take some patience on your part and willingness to part with some cashola, but the satisfaction of ownership is very high.
