Hi Nick,

If you are looking for shafts that have one end threaded, I'd recommend Ships n' Things (www.alsnt.com).

If you're going to do the threading, go to McMaster-Carr (www.mcmaster.com).

I have precision ground stainless shafts in stock in 3/16" O.D. You may view them on the hardware page at www.thordesign.com

Does anyone also know of a source for stainless steel (threaded or unthreaded) 3 mm. diameter shafts too? These would fit through the ball bearing supports of a sub I am designing/building.

Thank you,

Steve,

I can get the 3mm shaft for you in any length up to 48", but I will have to special order it for you.
