If you want to learn more about submarine modeling (R/C and static) you need to join the The SubCommittee! By doing so, you will receive a quarterly 75+ page magazine filled with articles about submarine modeling.
The next thing is to check our SubCommittee Chapters guide to see if there's a local SC Chapter near you.
Third, it to also join a local RC boat club. From there, you will be able to learn all areas of basic RC and modeling skills most of which are not limited to submarines.
